Over his extended experience in building such “new age” businesses, ground up Manu developed an approach that involved a hierarchy of interventions; as well as key building blocks – delivered in a logical order. This approach is able to build, expand and turn around businesses across any sector. We’ve chosen to call this approach “Smart Staging”.

Smart staging helps build a complete solution, optimize resources, correctly allocate responsibility, ensure effective oversight, allow timely course corrections – and most importantly establish outcome based monitoring. Doing the right things, in the right order and at the right pace results in “robust” implementation.  This Philosophy underscores all our initiatives.
