Aditya has over 20 years of experience in the building materials industry, direct-to-consumer businesses and in the development and financing of large infrastructure projects in various sectors including roads, ports, logistics and renewable energy.

Having worked at both large corporations and start-ups in leadership positions, he can seamlessly blend the strategic foresight required in established enterprises with the agility and innovation demanded by start-up environments. Aditya's experience across the corporate spectrum positions him to understand and navigate the nuanced challenges faced by SMEs.

Aditya harbours an interest in mythology. A collector of stories from across the world, he finds inspiration in the narratives that have shaped civilisations throughout history.

Aditya holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Calcutta University and an MBA from XIM, Bhubaneswar.
